Yes — change route, add acclimatization days, side trips, or extra activities.
Minimum 2 people (solo travelers cannot book). No upper limit; assistant guide added for 12+
trekkers.
No prior experience required for most treks. All fitness levels are welcome, but the fitter
you are, the more you enjoy it. Regular cardio, strength training, and practice hikes are
recommended.

TIMS + area-specific permits (arranged by the company). Travel insurance mandatory — must
cover high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and helicopter evacuation.
On-arrival visa at Kathmandu Airport (most nationalities). Passport valid 6+ months + photo
+ USD 50 (30-day).
Yes — mandatory by Nepal government since April 2023. One guide max 12 trekkers; one porter
carries max 18 kg (9 kg per trekker).
Twin-sharing rooms in tea houses/lodges. Hot showers extra charge. Wi-Fi available (slow at
high altitude). Single rooms on request. Camping only for peak-climbing extensions.
Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) — Nepali, Tibetan, Western, vegetarian, vegan,
and gluten-free available. Drink boiled/filtered water or use purification tablets. Alcohol
not recommended at altitude.
Spring (March–May) and Autumn (September–November) — stable weather, clear skies.
Acclimatization days built in, guides trained in first aid, oximeters, Diamox if needed,
immediate descent or helicopter evacuation (insurance-covered).
Bring your own boots, layers, sleeping bag. Company provides sleeping bag, down jacket, and
duffel bag if requested. Rent/buy easily in Kathmandu (company will introduce shops).
Luggage limit 9 kg per person (extra fee to increase).
10% deposit to confirm (bank transfer, Wise, credit card). Balance paid in Kathmandu on
arrival (cash, card, transfer). Dates are flexible even after booking.
Yes — domestic flights (e.g., to Lukla) and airport pick-up/drop-off are included.
International flights are not. Build in extra buffer days for possible Lukla delays.
