Trip Payment Policy

  • A deposit of 40% of the total trip cost is required upon booking confirmation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days before arrival in Nepal , directly to our designated account.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 60 to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% charge of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to departure will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation occurs 14 to 7 days before departure , 40% of the tour cost will be charged.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 6 days or less before the trip.

This cancellation policy is strictly enforced without exception. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to safeguard your payments in case of unexpected personal or family emergencies that prevent travel.This affordable insurance can cover both deposits and full payments. If you choose to obtain travel insurance, please communicate directly with the insurance provider.You may also consider baggage and accident insurance for additional protection during your trip.
